2. Users

Access to and/or use of this MODO SURVIVAL portal grants the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Terms of Use set out herein. These Terms apply regardless of any General Contracting Terms that may be mandatory in each case.

3. Use of the portal

The website provides access to a wide range of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “the content”) on the Internet belonging to MODO SURVIVAL or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for use of the portal and undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services that MODO SURVIVAL offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to (i) engage in unlawful or illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate racist, xenophobic, illegal pornographic content, content glorifying terrorism or infringing human rights.

All rights reserved. Any use not previously authorised by MODO SURVIVAL shall be considered a serious breach of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.

5. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

MODO SURVIVAL shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages of any kind that may arise, including by way of example: errors or omissions in the content, unavailability of the portal or transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent this.

6. Modifications

MODO SURVIVAL reserves the right to make, without prior notice, such modifications as it deems appropriate to its portal, and may change, remove or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on the portal.

7. Affiliate links and advertising policy
